Mishlei 29:1
1 Man (iysh) that being often reproved hardens neck, shall suddenly be broken, and that without remedy.
Broken (formerly destroyed) comes from the Hebrew word שָׁבַר shabar (H7665). In its intensive sense, שָׁבַר shabar (H7665) connotes “shattering” something, such as the tablets of the Ten Words or idol images. This word needs a variant analysis.

2 When the righteous are by many (ravah), the people rejoice. But when the wicked bears rule, the people sigh.

8 Scornful men (enosh) speaks (puach) a city into a snare. But wise turn away wrath (af).

9 A wise man judges (shafat) with a foolish man, Whether he rage or laugh, no rest.

10 The man (enosh) blood (dam) hate the upright. But the just seek his soul.
Blood is masculine plural.

11 A fool utters all his mind (ruach). But a wise keeps it in until afterwards.

12 If a ruler hearken to words (davar) of lies (sheqer), all his ministers (sharath) wicked.
Mishlei 29:13
13 The poor and the deceitful man meet together. Yehovah lightens both their eyes.

14 The king that truth (emet) judges the weak (dal), his throne shall be established for ever.
Weak is feminine plural.
Mishlei 29:15
15 The tribe (shevet) and reproof give wisdom. But a child left brings his mother to shame.
Mishlei 29:16
16 When the wicked are multiplied, transgression increases. But the righteous shall see their fall.
Mishlei 29:17
17 Teach (yasar) your son, and he shall give you rest; yes, he shall give delight to your soul.
Mishlei 29:18
18 Where no vision, the people perish. But he that keeps the Torah, happy he.
Happy is blessed or another Hebrew word.

19 A servant will not be corrected by words. For though he understand he will not answer.

25 The fear of man (adam) brings a snare. But whoso puts his trust in Yehovah shall be on high (sagav).

26 Many seek the ruler’s face (paneh); but man’s judgment from Yehovah.

27 An iniquity (evel) man an abomination to the righteous (tzaddiyq). And upright in the way abomination to the wicked.
